The room here is modern and practical, with a good shower, and the location is fantastic; the food offers a wonderful variety of choices.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met expectations, strongly recommend it. Overall it was a really great stay for a good shopping trip. I was given new-fashioned, fantastic room. The location was unbeatable, for example, Buckingham Palace was at a moderate distance from the hotel. There was a magnificent restaurant, a shopping area and a grocery shop next door.

This place offers a delightful and luxurious stay with exceptional staff service, just a short walk from a subway station.

The rooms are quite small, bathroom not so well lit. Gym is only accessible from 18 years (bad for sporty teenagers)

Well the hotel location was very good because our office is around the corner at West Halkin. The staff was friendly & the hotel clean. The hotel is close to the different shopping attractions but it is quite expensive comparing to the hotels we have in the uae & more luxerious for the price we get. It was a good experience anyway.

The staff at Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel is amazingly efficient and provides really great service overall. The hotel has a very modern interior with a relaxing restaurant.- The location of the hotel is unbeatable and particularly good, with parking nearby.- The area around the hotel is very luxurious.

I really like the staff, and our room was always clean. The food was good. And Julia helped us a lot. Thanks to her and everyone there, we had a plesant stay.

i liked the location, and its a samller hotel quick to get in and out i got a better rate on sunday night ..but all hotels have better sunday rates...i certainly wouldn't pay 4 or 5 hundred GBP to stay there....it simply is not worth it

This is not a true 5 star hotel..more like a 4 it lacks the little extra's, i hate paying 20GBP for internet..that's a big turn off for me and probably why i won't stay again...small room but the rate reflected it...and i was alone but a little small for 2 people

The staff was always professional and very helpful; the delicious breakfast was served early during check-in.

The location was fantastic and perfect - there were shops and a grocery store nearby. the room was clean and had a private safe, a minibar, and tea/coffee facilities, offering breathtaking views.
